This is not a public speaking course or pitch training program That said, we will cover the best strategies that help you stay calm, focused, and compelling during pitches, speeches, and high-stakes meetings with executive presence. You practice with fellow leaders in the group, get feedback, so you can make adjustments and build confidence as you approach real high -stakes moments in your company.

Honestly: this will not work for you if you do not try. If you don't practice and implement the tools and strategies, you probably won't see a positive change. Your goals must also be realistic - we can go over your expectations when we talk before you begin, to see if this is right for you.

How to make this work for you: If you're willing to be open to shifting your perspectives, engage in new behaviors, implement them consistently, be open to feedback from both me and your cohort, then this is likely to work out amazingly for you. All sessions are conducted live via Zoom, so you can participate from wherever you are in the world. Sunita is based out of San Francisco, and the group may include leaders from across the globe. The virtual format allows for a diverse, dynamic group - and strong connections still form.

You will learn powerful tools from day 1. Depending on how soon you implement and use them, you can notice a difference within a few weeks, provided you are consistent at it. But this isn’t an overnight fix. You’ll see steady growth as you practice, recalibrate, and integrate new ways of leading. The group gives you an opportunity to practive and learn from one another. Some weeks will feel energizing, others more challenging—and both are part of real progress.

My mission is to teach the skills that can help you communicate, connect, and show up with calm, confidence, and leadership presence. But success depends on consistent practice and application. I can't speak exactly to what results you'll have, and I hope you can understand that.

Most leaders are busy and I get that. While this program is designed to make things easier overall, any transformation requires some time and effort. Group sessions are held twice monthly, on a regular schedule via Zoom — 90 minutes per group session. Between sessions, there will be tasks to implement that are relevant to what you're working on. On average, these may take 20–30 minutes of your time each week, and often relevant to situations you’re facing in your business that you can directly apply to. I've broken everything into clear, manageable sections so the learning process is as straightforward as possible.

You also have a number of 1:1 laser coaching sessions with Sunita (20-30 mins) that you can book in her schedule with many available times each week. You can book them anytime for the duration of the group program.

No, this is not therapy. While psychotherapy focuses on resolving mental health problems and delves into the past, coaching focuses on active steps to reach your goals — and your future. Although I am a psychologist and a coach, I don't provide psychotherapy to coaching clients. If through the course of our coaching it seems you may benefit from psychotherapy, I will refer you to a licensed therapist.

There isn't a group program out there that helps leaders become better communicators like this - not that I've found. What sets this apart is the integration of human behavior and business strategy, within a group dynamic.
