Most leaders are busy and I get that. While this program is designed to make things easier overall, any transformation requires some time and effort.

Here’s what you can expect: Sessions are weekly, about 45-60 minutes each for 12 weeks or 24 weeks if you want a deeper experience. Each week there will be tasks to implement that are relevant to what you’re working on. On average, it might take about 20-30 minutes of your time each week. If you’re working on something critical, an hour might be useful. Tops.

I’ve broken this down into clear, manageable sections. You'll still need to learn and apply the concepts, but I've organized everything to make the learning process as straightforward as possible. You'll have access to clear instructions, examples, and personalized help when you need it.

No, this is not therapy. While psychotherapy focuses on resolving mental health problems and delves into the past, coaching focuses on active steps to reach your goals. Coaching focuses on your future and moving forward.

Although I am a psychologist and a coach, I don’t provide psychotherapy to coaching clients. If through the course of our coaching it seems you may benefit from psychotherapy, I will refer you to a licensed therapist.
