"I feel I learned a lot about the perspectives of people of different races, religions, and ethnicities from my own. I think I did well at understanding and empathizing with these perspectives- I will use them in real-world contexts throughout my career. Thank you for a compelling [learning experience] "

Are you a small or medium sized business, looking for DEIB training for your employees?
Are you a business owner, struggling to attract and retain employees from diverse backgrounds?
Are differences amongst team members leading to conflict, disrespect, poor performance, and high turnover?
Race-related dynamics are not always named directly. Often, they surface indirectly - through conflict, avoidance, misunderstandings, or quietly resigning.
It can feel difficult to talk about for everyone.
But avoiding it or confronting it the wrong way, can be harmful, making workplace environments feel like a battlefield where good work doesn’t get done and valuable employees leave.
Fortunately, it doesn’t have to be that way.
Imagine…
walking into a workplace filled with employees of diverse backgrounds and strengths that contribute to the growth of the company because they feel supported, included, and that they belong.
Imagine…
finally understanding your role in the racial landscape and now you know how you can increase your social responsibility, bring harmony to your diverse workplace, and be part of the solution in bridging differences.
Hi, I’m your coach, Sunita,
I have a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology
As adjunct professor, I taught The Psychology of Race and Ethnic Relations at City College of San Francisco.
I’m South Asian descent and I’ve lived in the US for most of my life.
I still remember as a kid in school, new to the US, having a classmate who would repeatedly say to me, “Go back to your own country.”
I was young — but old enough to understand that race, how we look, and how we sound, can shape how a person is seen, treated, and positioned in the world. As I got older, it posed many questions. How do we see differences? And how do they impact behavior, systems, and opportunity?
Race-related issues are complex and sensitive. Yet they surface in everyday interactions, often without us realizing it — and without a clear roadmap for how to respond effectively.
Inside
Everinclusive™
I help create the space where teams can examine these dynamics - without judging or blaming - so they can move forward with greater awareness and responsibility and create equitable, inclusive environments for their teams.
My background has equipped me to facilitate conversations that are emotionally charged and deeply personal. In Everinclusive™, we have these conversations with structure, steadiness, and insight, grounded in research and theory, not opinion.
